1. Reservation and Confirmation
- All bookings for buggies, motorcycle rentals, desert tours or events must be made through our official website.
- Customers must provide a valid email address and phone number at the time of booking for communication and confirmation.
- All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only after successful payment.
2. Payment Terms
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation.
- Accepted payment methods: major credit/debit cards via secure online payment gateway (Stripe).
- Once payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with your booking details (service, date/time, participants, pickup information).
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
To be eligible for a refund or changes to any of our tour or rental products, the following conditions apply:
- All refund or change requests must be submitted in writing by contacting your assigned operations manager through the same channel used to make the booking (WhatsApp or email).
- More than 24 hours before the tour departure: 100% refund.
- Tour departure details will be sent to the customer at the moment the booking is confirmed.
4. Rescheduling / Changes
If you request a date or time change, we will consider it — but only if requested at least 24 hours prior to scheduled start time, and subject to availability.
Please note: such rescheduling requests do not guarantee refund, and changes are at the sole discretion of Cobra Dunes.
5. Participation Requirements & Responsibilities
- Participants must meet any age or health requirements indicated for each specific tour or rental.
- All safety instructions given by Cobra Dunes staff/guides must be followed strictly.
- For rentals (buggy / motorcycle), use is restricted to authorized tracks / areas only.
- Customers are responsible for any damages, misuse, or unsafe behavior. Cobra Dunes may refuse service to anyone considered unfit or unsafe for the activity.
6. Liability & Insurance
- Cobra Dunes is not responsible for loss or damage of personal belongings during tours or rentals.
- Participants are advised to have personal travel or health insurance covering accidents or injury.
- By confirming booking, you acknowledge the inherent risks of adventure activities and accept full responsibility for participation.
7. Weather & Operational Conditions
Tours or rentals may be rescheduled or cancelled by Cobra Dunes for safety reasons — for example due to extreme weather (sandstorm, heavy winds) or unforeseen operational issues. In such cases, we will do our best to offer an alternative date. Refunds remain subject to policy above.
8. Confirmation and Acceptance
By making a booking and paying, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted this Booking Policy. Cobra Dunes reserves the right to modify this policy at any time; changes will be published on our website.
